📝 Purchase Terms & Policies
All Sales Final: All creations are custom and one-of-a-kind. Because each piece is personalized, all sales are final. Minor wording adjustments are included with your package.
Revisions: Your package includes 1–2 light wording adjustments. Larger changes—such as adding new ideas, altering the storyline, or creating additional verses—are considered new work and may require an add-on.
Communication Window: Please reply to detail or revision requests within 36 hours to keep your project on schedule. If you need more time, just let me know — I'm happy to adjust. Long delays may shift your final delivery date.
Rush Delivery: Rush applies to the written or audio portion of your project. Signature slideshows and calligraphy may follow standard turnaround times.
Delivery Format: All poems, stories, and songs are delivered digitally unless a physical add-on (laminated print, priority shipping, etc.) is selected.
Photo Requirements: Please upload clear, high-resolution images for slideshows. Low-quality photos may affect the final result.
Holiday Notice: During busy seasons (Christmas, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, etc.), turnaround times may extend slightly. I will always communicate clearly and deliver as quickly as possible.
